questions are ‘Can I have a heart attack if I exercise?’, Is it too much strain on my heart?’
or ‘Shouldn’t I be taking it easy?’

At New Dimensions Wellness, we work together with your GP/Doctor to ensure your
program is safe and helps to improve your cardiac output.

Independence

The purpose of our ‘Independence’ program is to enable and maintain a continuance
of normal activities of daily living.
The movements are designed to strengthen and maintain joint mobility so daily tasks
can be completed with minimum risk and discomfort. Things like getting in and out
of the car, standing to sitting and vice versa, getting up from a lying position and
walking up and down stairs will no longer be an effort or issue.
